With that in mind, how can we effect change within a blame culture? Managers must take responsibility for the part they played in the situation. When the leader is willing to accept blame, the remainder of the staff will see it as more acceptable to admit fault and follow suit. Managers must be able to promote a culture of teamwork and creativity.
